      Great Product and Marketing full of talant in the Marketing team. Gym and Restaurant are good. Office is modern.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity and empathy with the workforce. Technology is not moving at the same pace as department requirements for online tooling web and products.

      Pros

      Nice People, Innovative Product, Neat Technology, Great R&D foundation. Great place to learn leading edge technology if you are in the R&D space.

      Cons

      Too many to list: (in the non R&D Depts) Highlights: Inexperience management team in various support depts. due to promotions based on nepotism instead of experience. Roadmap for the past two years is a moving target due to lack of strategic planning. Projects stopped halfway to be replace by more important projects. This is expensive and caused confusion. No accountability on results and ROI. Incoherent and un-scalable business solutions developed due to lack of experience. Resistant to change due to fear of loss of territory and loss of power without consideration on impact to the company.
