      - Nice office (fruits, cookies, bean bags) - Good benefits (food, sport, health, annual bonuses and stocks) - Strong culture - Abilities to travel to different offices in different countries (USA, Costa-Rica, Mexico, Russia, Nederland, China) - Highly qualified specialists

      - Not always interesting tasks - Hardships with parking places in Moscow - Not always strong people management

      Monday through Friday only. Nice salary (new thing). Great environment.

      Cons

      9.5 hours a day If you ask for 3 days of vacation on the same week your holidays are brought down by 4 days.
