      Boss was great, felt like I was fully supported and emboldened to make key decisions.

      The pace… so much going on at once; frequent changes in strategy and priorities often out of nowhere.

      The Engineering management needs to work on how to deal with employees and not be so condescending all the time. Too much politics involved and an extreme lack of communication. Never gave feedback or praise
