      Great company but lacks growth opportunities

      Pros

      Great base salary, benefits, stock plan and time off.

      Cons

      Work life balance is very hard to have-I find myself working 60+ hours a week. Very high stress and always seem to be grinding-don’t get a chance to catch your breath-feeling burnt out from covid. Growth opportunities are only there for the “favorites” and work ethic doesn’t get you far here.

      Innovative technology. Tons of smart people. Nice facilities. Reasonably clear strategy.

      Cons

      Executive management is intense and easily triggered. Somewhat of a culture of fear from all levels in regards to working with them.
