      Pros

      Ensuring that the company is not losing taskforce during COVID-19. I see the competitors laying off people, cutting down the pay during the COVID times. The company is making the right investments during these times so that we get a head start once COVID-19 pandemic effects on the economy start to fade down.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      Fast pace company with cutting edge technology and massive brand awareness. Culture is employee first which is refreshing in todays business, while at the same time pushing with great marketing to ensure out customers (doctors) understand how advanced the products are vs others.

      Cons

      very high expectations on growth numbers so a lot of pressure on sales numbers. Fast past can be a con for some if you cant adapt to change on the fly it isnt the right place.

      Pros

      They literally clone the best humans and hire them all here. I’m fairly new and I’ve met some pretty amazing people. Smart, thoughtful, kind, ambitious and genuine. Even during a pandemic, these people are caring, inspiring and fair to all employees. If you are one of the lucky to be here, count your blessings.

      Cons

      Really don’t have any. How can there be any cons when they are paying people beyond fair during pandemic and keeping all their employees.
