Very unorganized, management is unsupportive and had trouble with a team focus, as well as, their own job duties. Procedures in place are for some and not for all to comply with. Operating at a higher level than others may put your position in jeopardy. Medicare reimbursement takes precedence over ethical practice. The turnover is high and everyone was new after the last exodus. It appeared as a start-up company, not one in business for years now.
