Work overload, pay seems to go up a couple cents every year. Not a lot of growth in terms of wage. Micromanaged. You are checked in on every other minute of the day. Unrealistic expectations. Doctors want updates STAT as if you’re not doing 5 million other things and have to drop everything to give them an update. Patient schedules are changed everyday and patient appointments are cancelled. Tons and tons of work load. If you fall behind a day or two, that’s it, you will be behind and everyday it will continuously pile up.
