      missing paycheck, terrible company

      NOTHING, I only been there for 4 days and I am out of the door running, so please think twice before coming here!

      Cons

      micro-management policy even during training, it is such a hassle to return the equipment because they will not provided to you with the return label and will need you to go to Fedex and hand over the phone for them to speak with Fedex directly. THE WORST PART is that they missing my last paycheck and now I have to fight with Payroll and HR to get my last paycheck correct.

      Despite being an insurance provider, our healthcare coverage is lacking Executive leadership is not transparent; hard to see the bigger picture despite their claims of openness Leadership operates with impunity - if you get on someone's bad side, they can and will hurt your career growth

      There's potential but so many things to improve especially from leadership/management and the training team. Did not come from a healthcare background but over the months i was there i learned so much. great health plan

      Cons

      I can really see how they want to improve but unfortunately there so much politics and a lot of red tapings. lack of work-life balance.
