      Great company, awful management

      Pros

      Good benefits, the company itself is constantly looking for ways to improve in the care of our senior members. This was originally why I applied at Alignment.

      Cons

      Management can use some training and work on their people skills while working with their internal employees to cross train within department responsibilities. The office environment can become toxic and very stressful and upper management is quick to find and point out any flaws or mistakes rather than look for solutions or ways to continue to help employees grow within the department.
