Just the micromanaging and they fire you after certain days out.

Trained for 4 weeks and literally thrown in. You are not even trained on half the tasks they throw at you. It's basically a learn as you go. And when you ask questions, they get an attitude, and want to tell you to go look at job aids and lists. Even the job aids are mediocre. You have the supervisor saying she doesn't micromanage, but that's because your minion team lead watches everything we do. There is a lot of favoritism. Literally told I would not be on phones and I'm basically working in a call center with the phone constantly ringing.
