You get to work from home. Not a lot of micromanaging.

Cons

Severe lack of communication Lack of management Lack of agent support Lack of foundation with the company Constant tech issues Internal system constantly crashing Unethical business practices Inconsistent policies Inconsistent QA scores work Bringing problems up to management does nothing Lack of benefits- No sick time, poor health insurance coverage, no incentives to stay with the company. No internet stipend Severe lack of training- which I believe was just up to 5 weeks from 3.

- offered a good balance of work and life - remote working env - good or even great benefits

Cons

- too many 'tribes / factions'. Discrimination is just rampant. If you are not from certain villages of your supervisor then it's a tough luck. don't expect much for any career growth etc. - culture of fear. You will feel people put up a wall everywhere due to job insecurity. - because of those two reasons, morale is so bad. Office is like a 'ghost-town' and employees just 'go-with-the-flow' as long as they don't get fired. No passion or no innovation and no nothing. Expect to have a dead-end career.

It’s remote. Other than that, no pros.

Cons

Micromanaged like crazy. Insufficient training, by someone who has never done the job. Management does not care about us, we are just numbers. Underpaid given the scope of our job. Low morale. Lack of guidance that is not condescending. Sticking this job out until I find something better.
