Pros
Great support system and team dynamic! Everyone is always very eager to assist from the small to the big issues. The Monday-Friday Scheduling is ideal and makes for a nice work/life balance. It is amazing being at a job where you have plenty of time to focus on your patients and give them the time and care they deserve. You are more then an "employee" at Alignment, you are a valued member of a great TEAM!
Cons
Charting is very time consuming. On top of travel time, you spend just as much time charting as you do providing care for the patient, which can turn an 8 hour day into a 12 hour day. I would like to see some sort of way where we can incorporate charting time while with the patient and have a more efficient system in place to do so. Working in healthcare and charting go hand-in-hand, but I would like to use my time more effectively if possible. Personal vehicles are used for travel, company cars would be ideal
