Too much politics and a lot of fear

Pros

- offered a good balance of work and life - remote working env - good or even great benefits

Cons

- too many 'tribes / factions'. Discrimination is just rampant. If you are not from certain villages of your supervisor then it's a tough luck. don't expect much for any career growth etc. - culture of fear. You will feel people put up a wall everywhere due to job insecurity. - because of those two reasons, morale is so bad. Office is like a 'ghost-town' and employees just 'go-with-the-flow' as long as they don't get fired. No passion or no innovation and no nothing. Expect to have a dead-end career.

It’s remote. Other than that, no pros.

Cons

Micromanaged like crazy. Insufficient training, by someone who has never done the job. Management does not care about us, we are just numbers. Underpaid given the scope of our job. Low morale. Lack of guidance that is not condescending. Sticking this job out until I find something better.

Cons

The training is a joke and is built where the "trainers" just read off slides and then show us once how to do the job. There's also a huge disconnect when it comes to growth and development. They don't have a leadership development training for high performers!!! How do you know if someone is ready for a leadership role if there is no training to develop them?!?!
