      paycheck, potlucks, costume theme parties, restrooms are clean

      Cons

      Make promises they can't keep. Management lacks professionalism, maturity, and common sense. Favoritism towards family & friends. What a joke. DO NOT WORK here! Management makes rules, breaks rules by the minute. The CEO should really take a closer look at the incompetence of the management teams.

      Pros

      My manager is incredibly understanding, professional, and flexible with all of his employees (just a great guy). People are pretty friendly and professional. Things are busy but it doesn't feel like a pressure cooker.

      Cons

      There isn't a lot of interaction between departments and I think the company is still trying to define their culture. Pretty bare bones in terms of company perks as of right now (makes sense with the company still being in startup mode). Systems and structures are still being figured out so it's really on the employee to ask questions and be upfront about the things that they need.
