Pros

No matter how poorly an employee performs, it is known that you will not be terminated.

Cons

The entire place is sad, from the office space, to the managers. Can no t believe I've been here as long as I have.

Pros

Very flexible company, makes room for employees to grow and learn their trades or professions. Best thing ever happened_when the HR position was eliminated. Employees were ecstatic-they were celebrating! Company was reigned in terror under that former HR manager, unlike what the so-so comment said. There is no one with 10 years tenure in the company who didn't like the CEO, I can tell that commentator was not with the company for that long. CEO is very much liked by the employees.

Cons

Need more organizational structure, so employees can have direction in terms of their sphere of duties and responsibilities.

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Most people are nice and hard working and helpful.

Cons

A little candidness, family owned business so there is a little drama that spills over. The owner of the company is not very good. Stays to himself. Wish they would invest more in training the staff and allowing us to move forward.
