hoax promises

Pros

In hand salary benefits, projects, nothing else

Cons

Hoax promises: They promised they will renew my contract. Promotions are limited to a specific ethnicity only. Office in charge is feeling entitled & arrogant. Limited Development: No one cares about your development if you’re struggling a little. So be ready to perform at the highest level without a single error. You’re not allowed a single bad case. Company promotes taking care of yourself but when you really have to take time off for serious health problems, you’re dinged in reviews, lose your connections as everyone behaves as if you don’t exist. The result is you will beg and beg to get staffed without any results. Instead of help, you’re given the “resilience and perseverance” advice from your leaders.

Pros

Some colleagues, they really try to help and are nice. Company gives you the laptop and basic things.

Cons

Management not so clear with what they want. No real path for grow in the company. Communication... sometimes is more confusion than help.

Pros

Handful of availability and unused office table space to pick from. Adopts flexible working hours depending on your team.

Cons

This is in the worst sense the most uncollaborative and most disconnected firm i've every been in. Management do not care about your personal growth or life, they send you pressure and make you feel you are bad at your job. Upper level will expect that you work many overtime hours Honestly - its like we all clock in to work in a co-working space with other firms in the same spacet
