Pros

Good pay, solid folks in certain groups in certain pockets. AlixPartners has made great strides in improving the culture, but it takes alot to create and institute incentives and disincentives to foster a stable culture

Cons

Where do I start? The churn at multiple levels is higher than other shops. Lots of causes, but the key one has to do with bad incentives. Money over morals, feifdoms, nepotism, etc.

Great people who are willing to mentor and see you succeed. The projects are high-impact and interesting. I was always learning due to the wide array of projects.

Cons

Work life balance can be a struggle as managers expect long work hours. Traveling is required.
