1. Very Limited Career Growth and No Transparency The company often promises promotions or career progression but does not follow through. People are told they will move up, but decisions get changed at the last minute with no clear explanation. It’s hard to trust the process or plan your future here. 2. Office Politics and Unequal Treatment A lot of opportunities depend on who you know, not how well you perform. Certain groups seem to get more support and attention than others, which makes the environment feel unfair and biased. 3. Weak Management With Little Support Many leaders are not strong managers. They do not provide clear guidance or proper direction. Employees are expected to handle everything perfectly on their own, even when the expectations are unclear or unrealistic. 4. Toxic Behaviors From Some Colleagues Some coworkers purposely make things difficult — taking credit, withholding information, or creating problems for others. Instead of a supportive team, the environment can feel hostile and competitive in a negative way.
