      Great place to grow your career Company really cares about its employees and training them Work on meaningful projects with interaction with clients Co-workers are all very welcoming and friendly

      Interview process is lengthy, but definitely worth it in the end. Hours are long, but work is very rewarding

      Excellent salary, concentrated industry expertise.

      Cons

      A vicious office culture that valued nothing except consultant revenue. Because support services are viewed as third-class citizens on a good day, leaders of those units were constantly paranoid about justifying their own existence to top management and took it out on their teams. A cruel and joyless office culture.
