      Pros

      They are very supportive of professional training and will pay for ACCA qualification - quite relaxed if you fail exams compared with other firms - i.e you don't have to pay for your resit yourself. Benefits package is reasonable. Other staff members are very friendly, intelligent and good to work with.

      Cons

      During busy periods, can often have to work long hours, but that's industry standard. Sometimes projects entail all nighters. As an analyst, some statutory duties become repetitive and not stimulating.

      Generous PTO (if you can take it), generally good co-workers, you can learn how to stay strong

      Cons

      dysfunction in senior management, constantly changing organization structure with no clear plan, heavy workload with lots of red tape to hire help
