- Defined promotion process (not as arbitrary as other places). - Fair compensation + bonus + office perks. - Actually acknowledges and appreciates Tech department. - Approachable management.

Cons

- Meh healthcare plan, but it is "free". - Confusing retirement contribution from company, but they do contribute. - My own fault: I gained weight due to all the free food.

Culture: The firm is filled with smart, proactive people who want to do their best. I'v e really enjoyed being able to work with people not only within the Accounting team, but across the organization who want to partner up and make things better. Opportunity: One of the reasons I took this job was that the firm is growing and there's a lot of opportunity for you to make your mark here - you are able to take on an area and improve its processes to ensure we're operating with best practices. With the projected growth, The team I work with in Accounting, both the team I manage and my colleagues across the department, are great. There's a supportive culture that's developed and people really help support each other in their work.

Cons

Our systems (applications and tools) could be better - but it's something the firm is actively working to improve.
