Amazing growth benefits consulting staff with strong compensation and fantastic place to work. Proud to become a managing director working g with such great people.

Be prepared to be passionate about your Industry and relentless on delivering value for your clients. Can be hard work but work life balance policy improving fast with 3/4/5, part time and sabbatical policy.

Cons

No downside since working 5 days per week at the clients is not mandatory anymore.
