      - Paycheck best in business. - Good health and life insurance coverage. - Decent amount of PTO.

      - Turnover is absurdly high. - Operationally intensive, segregated, outdated technology. - Compensation for analysts is terrible. - Management could care less about developing or retaining talent.

      -Job scope involves regional exposure -Salary is good for position -Good office location

      Cons

      Non supportive management. Non inclusive culture for working mothers to be transited back to workforce after maternity leave. Management hires and promotes their friends only. Management is demeaning and derogatory. Their pay structure grossly undervalued. There is a lot of finger pointing and blame.
