Meh; it's a paycheck

Pros

Pay is decent. Ability to work on a myriad of engagements. Smart people.

Cons

Lots of people here are solely in it for themselves. No client relationship development. Beware a bait and switch on the type work you do and the person you report too. Most project work is on taking cost out quickly without regard for any other considerations; if you can comfortably do this you will succeed. Hierarchical.

Pros

- exciting projects - big clients - lots of interaction with senior employees - great people - good benefits

Cons

- compensation is a black box - hard to advance - HR is a nightmare - siloed - no support from senior management - will screw you over when they get the chance - not a place to be if you like feeling appreciated as an employee - no professional development whatsoever

Worst Job Ever

Pros

They employ some very smart people, above average salary, and great internal tech support. Easy to get hired with a VP title.

Cons

The managing directors oversell the competencies of employees and behave like spoiled teenagers when things don't go as they had promised to clients. People work hard, but not in a smart way. The younger employees aren't always the most professional - many would stay out drinking until 4 am then show up very late or hungover at work and still bill for their unproductive work day.
