Very too heavy with dead wood at top, overhead functions too expensive and in some areas like marketing not very effective. Bloated cost impacts ability to compensate. Firm thinks it is top tier payer but that is on balance not true for consulting staff

All the overachievers mixed together creates an undertone of high stress that each person has to take ownership of for themselves or they will get overwhelmed by it. The leadership has worked hard to create a balanced workplace but it's an uphill battle. Some pockets of the org are awesome safe places to work, but that's not the whole company.
