Not long after the CTO came on, jobs started getting offshore "in order to get more done". Later, that offshore group was announced to become a company entity residing in that country. Unreasonable amounts of work are continually demanded as well as stretch goals which are nothing more than an excuse to force devs to work nights and weekends. Devs also are required to work unpaid support off hours.
