The people at Alkami are a great team. I have not held a position with as pleasant a culture, nor as accommodating.

Cons

The biggest flaw is the growing pains. There are processes that need to be improved, but we are sluggish to rework as the focus is too much on what's in front of us.

Amazing compnay that values their employees and their customers. Great product, good leadership

Cons

Not a ton of career growth opportunities. We tend to look and hire outside rather than cultivate some of the talent we already have.
