Great place to work, and great people. Management can be hit or miss, you can have the best manager you've ever had or someone that just looks at you like a number. Also the benefits and HR team as a whole are amazing and great to work with.

Cons

Management ups and downs, work-life balance can be bad as teams are small so extra work is often required, will be a problem until more talent arrives.

Alkami has an upbeat, fun culture with a collaborative mindset. Your ideas are heard and your opinion valued. You can tell that the company cares about its employees, as well as its clients. There is a lot of passion behind what Alkami offers, including a focus on a team mentality. Everyone is warm and pleasant to deal with. They have mastered (and are supportive of) a work from home environment.

Cons

There are some growing pains with the company going public in 2021, as is the case for all newly public companies.
