Pros
Alkami is the best company. Starting with a competitive salary, fun work environment, and free lunch to employee engagement events, development, and more. I have felt seen if I had a question, concern, or issue with my work. My managers and leadership team are so helpful! I genuinely feel like I trust the people I work with. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
Cons
With any and every company, there are cons and things that might not be perfect. I will say that it's hard to find a con. Every company does have growing pains, and when you are scaling at Alkami's speed, it's impossible for a perfect transition. Yes, it's busy and fast-paced. If you're not cut out for that, maybe this isn't the place for you. I know that I, myself, was told at least 7 different times during my interview that this is a fast-paced environment and knew 100% what I was getting myself into.
