Amazing culture - unlike no other company I have ever worked for or hear about! Diversion and inclusion is in the forefront. These are not just plaques in the halls, but an immersion in everything across the company. Most mid-level managers seem to really care about those on their team, the clients, and the company. A fun place to work with so many opportunities, and lots of growth and opportunities to stand out.

Cons

Internal collaboration happens, but seem to be disconnected cross-team communication (doesn't seem cohesive). Life/work balance is up to you, there is always more work to do.
