      Good company going through some changes

      Pros

      My co-workers are really nice and kind. There are travel opportunities in my role which I appreciate. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      We've gone through some changes/re-org in the last year and change is always hard. There has been some turnover. Some decisions were made in prior years that we are having to dig ourselves out of. This is a bit painful for the team.

      Complete abuse of employees time and personal free time for average compensation. In 10 years, my most stressful & anxiety ridden tenure as a SE.
