Pros

Working at Alkami has been instrumental in my career. My manager has been supportive of my professional goals and assigns me to projects where I can leverage my existing skills and sharpen them. I’ve been able to collaborate cross-functionally and learn from others. The day to day has been awesome. Bundling this with Alkami’s company culture has allowed me to feel supported, connect well with my peers, achieve a healthy work life balance, all while challenging me to be a better Alkamist (in the best way)!

Very little. Alkami leadership has been receptive of any feedback.

Remote Work Flexibility, Unlimited PTO, Considerable towards your outside responsibilities. Managers, Leads, and Directors are straight forward and hold you accountable also while accepting feedback.

A lot of turnover so new employees take time to adjust
