Fast growing high tech company; One of the best company I ever worked for; I enjoy working in cutting edge technologies with some of the smartest, high caliber developers; Alkami is not scared to embrace changes and their technology stack is a proof for that. Alkami values their hard working talented work force and has a great culture with excellent benefits.

Pros

Good work-life balance -- hardly ever had to work overtime or on weekends. Employees are all pretty friendly, intelligent, and fairly easy to collaborate with. Compensation is fair. Tech stack remains relevant. Free provided lunch is nice. Location is great as well. I'd say that the company seems to be headed in the right direction.

Cons

- Working from home is frowned upon by HR. - The founder of the company can also come off a bit aggressive when disrupting dev teams with sudden issues. - There's no 401k match.

People are great to work with, and the original developers were thoughtful in their implementation of the product. Vacation policy and free lunch are great.

Cons

Not really any cons. This is a high performance environment that may not be for everyone. You will be challenged.
