Upper management seems great but Directors seems uninterested in achieving goals

Great bonus, benefits across the company. Hybrid culture promoted.

Cons

Teams get valuable work when it come through Directors but directors are just political in approach and are biased towards certain employees. Few employees are overloaded and some does not get work at all. Selective work culture.
