      Pros

      All My sons has provided me a great career and unlimited growth potential. I started my career as a driver with All My sons and have moved up to an Aom, I do not plan to stop there, All My Sons is growing and has a great training program that gives you all the tools to succeed as an operator. Senior Management is always available and easily able to communicate effectively the direction of the company which helps this company grow and succeed as it has.

      Cons

      Work life balance is sometimes a concern, but senior management is aware and has addressed this concern.

      Pros

      This is perfect company to get your career start or continue a career. The sales manager role is perfect for someone who is learning to business or learning the art of selling. Great support from team and a true FAMILY atmosphere. I loved every minute of working here. You work hard you get rewarded! You are not micro-managed.

      Cons

      The bonus structure/ commission is capped and the salary is low with a 50 hour work week. Have to be willing to relocate for promotion.
