      Family orientated, great opportunity to bonus and create extra income. High positive energy, never a dull day always a new challenge.

      Cons

      I have not run into any cons working for All My Sons.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, appointments were easy to move around. Fair amount of independence. Spring and summer is busy. Jobs pretty much sold themselves.

      Cons

      Corporate is aloof and out of touch They do not really support you in the field They canceled jobs with out telling and letting me try to save them. They scheduled same day appointments up to an hour before the appointment and didn't tell me. I didn't see my gas money. The sales technology was a mess and outdated.
