      I never thought I would be part of a company that is so passionate about our clients. In my mind having more then 60 locations nationwide our communication with everyone employed at AMS surpasses any other company out there!

      -Great Money (Depending on your P/L) -Opportunity to learn how to operate a business. -Everyday is different

      Cons

      -Long Hours (72 Hours is Min in my Office) -Micro Management (Depending on your RVP) -High Turn over with Employees -High Accountability for Revenue (Must Beat Previous Numbers) -Extremely volatile market -Hectic Days -Unsavory Employees If you have kids you more than likely do no want this job. All My Sons is built on the culture of year over year revenue growth. You must be willing to work long hours to obtain your monthly goals. You will be replaced if you cannot do this immediately. The training is okay depending on your trainer. You will more than likely learn more at your location then you will in Dallas.
