Pros

The people that you work side by side with are great and in the same boat as everyone else, that is the only Pro for this company.

Cons

All Points is a small company trying to act like a big one. Awful growing pains and employees are not appreciated and management will stab employees in the back a lot. No appreciation for employees. Do not recommend this company at all.

Pros

This is an overall decent company. The benefits are solid, the salaries could be better, but you have a great deal of autonomy to do your job. Great co-workers and great projects.

Cons

Small companies trying to grow experience growing pangs. Also, there isn't much room for advancement.
