Maria and Dr. Irene have created an amazing agency for a beginning speech-language pathologist to come to work to and continue to learn about the profession. I have received great support from Maria, Dr. Irene, and my CFY supervisor. They are always there to answer questions or jump into a session if you need help. The other management here are supportive and always willing to get you an answer to a question you have. I have experienced a diverse caseload (which is hard to receive as a CF at other places). I have learned a tremendous amount in regards to evaluations, documentation, and handling conflict with parents while completing my CF. I have had the opportunity to conduct evaluations from day one. I have received a variety of opportunities to work at (i.e., clinic, center EI, home EI, and schools).

All in 1 SPOT offers great supervision alongside a variety of options for clients and caseloads. I have been given the opportunity to work in their clinic, as well as work with early intervention and schools. They were able to help expedite my teacher certification so I would be able to get into a school quicker than if the state were processing it. Everybody is accessible and it is overall a great environment to grow as a clinician. We have constant access to both our CF supervisors as well as both Directors. Any concerns that come up are quickly dealt with which is a major plus.
