      Great team, great training, mid salary

      1. Certifications are paid by the company, as well as Udemy courses. 2. Salary review, when requested, ends usually in an increase(once a year), given you actually improve yourself. 3. Newest AWS services, great security practices, great mentors. 4. Cool office, hybrid setup. 5. Sandbox AWS account per devops to test configurations.

      Cons

      Last year the team-building has become almost a joke. A push to office, slow, but present. More birocracy in the way of accessing Udemy/certifications to learn.

      Disappointing Interview Process and Lack of Feedback

      Overall, while the initial stages of the interview process were positive, the subsequent lack of engagement and feedback left a negative impression.

      Cons

      Interview Process: I participated in two interviews which were thorough and well-conducted. The interviewers were professional and seemed genuinely interested in my background. Practical Assignment: After the interviews, I was given a practical assignment, which I worked on diligently for two days. Despite putting in significant effort, it appears that my assignment was never reviewed. Lack of Feedback: It has been over a month since I submitted my assignment, and I have not received any feedback or follow-up from the company. This lack of communication is disappointing and unprofessional.

      Best tech company I worked so far

      Extremely talented coworkers. Great people to work with. Very complex but interesting projects. Fully remote. Flexible schedule. Frequent small gifts with company logo.

      Cons

      Bonus is based on utilization, and that depends on projects availability.
