Our recent upgrades to our facility make it a great environment in which to work. For a company the size of AllCloud, we actually have quite a few HR professionals onboard including HRBPs, HROps, L&D and Talent Acquisition to support our 200-ish employees in Israel.

We love hearing that it's a great place to work and we couldn't agree more. Yes, working across time zones can occasionally be a challenge but our AllClouders have flexibility in their work hours have the advantage of being able to work remotely which enhances their work-life balance.

AllCloud is about people. You will get all the support you need for you to grow. You get all AWS exams and not only AWS payed by the company in 100%. You get some dead-time betwen projects so you can learn and keep the pace with newest AWS services. You get a direct line of comunication with top management including the CEO, which is very rare. Most of the people from management level are open minded so comunication is easy. The projects are so diverse and you can learn a lot by doing. Overall is a great place to be.

Cons

Not necessary a cons but it should be a clear difference in payment betwen one who put 120% percent in all ( AWS certs, projects, customers, self study with results) and one who is in at about 50% or less.
