      Management it s the biggest issue They don't have too much projects if you end in a lucky team you will have enough projects but if you are unlucky you will not do anything for months Projects are given on friendship

      People are nice, but often not very experienced. Projects and clients are also interesting. Office is very central and learning options are there, as long as you find time.

      Chaos with the deadlines and resources.
