      - Latest technologies - Very high level of automation as a rule of thumb in every project - You have the possibility to interact with several tech stacks, depending on the project - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - You could end up working with some technologies you don't prefer - The "run" after billable hours - Pressure when it comes to recording billable hours - Slim benefits, mediocre pay

      Detached management, terrible attitude to employees

      Pros

      - In my time there were a few talented engineers that you could learn from and work with productively. - You get the minimally needed resources to advance your professionalism and teach yourself things, if you can find the time (usually at your own time).

      Cons

      - Very detached upper management that is treating the employees as just head count. - Engineers are constantly left without backup or support facing customer's demands promised by sales. - Most of the talented and hard working folks left or were in the process of leaving the company.
