Pros

Room for growth for most. Relaxed work environment due to stressful projects. Expectations are very clear. Freedom to communicate needs. Exceptional leadership and talent. Cool projects to be a part of. Work/life balance depends on the projects and the person’s own initiative and drive. It’s construction though, it’s always “whatever it takes!”

Cons

Not many cons, if any. Sometimes highest senior management reflects company’s core values, unfortunately, that doesn’t always trickle down to local senior management.

Good communication between departments. Well staffed teams with successful projects.

Cons

Management only cares about profit. There's an inner circle at the management level and if you're not in it, you're just a pion. They micro-manage. Been there for yrs and got a petty raise only after asking for one.
