Pros

Fantastic co-workers. Wonderful office morale. We are for the patients and provide excellent service to the community.

Cons

Upper management wants to turn healthcare into a business and make it about the bottom line and no longer cares about the patients unless they complain. Upper management doesn't care about employees anymore-your a body not a person.
