      Lots of job opportunities to expand experience

      Cons

      Fire employees for no reason without any warning, HR does not send any info relating to end of employment including 401K, PTO, or employment verification paperwork. Does not pay out PTO upon end of employment

      Good culture. Decent pay compared to the region.

      Cons

      Since rapid expansion and leadership changes have occurred in administration the past 5 years, there’s been a noticeable shift towards the hospital making changes just for financial reasons and not necessarily whats best for the patient/working teams. Culture is slowly changing to reflect that too, which previously was very very good.
