Extremely political, lack of accountability in the highest levels of the organization. Administration at the hospital level and corporate leadership has had continuous turnover, leading to lack of continuity in business strategy and short sighted decision making. Leadership is generally more interested in preserving their status or advancing their own careers than acting in the best interests of the organization to affect real, meaningful change, which is badly needed.

Most managers seem unqualified to be managers, which leads to confusion across the organization.
