Pros
The staff is awesome - friendly and fun to work alongside; Working remote one day a week; PTO accrual is decent.
Cons
Communication among management and staff is lacking; Decision making among management is not always consistent so you hear multiple back and forth / "final" decisions which can be very confusing and not consistent among the teams - even the teams under the same management; Short staffed on certain teams causing stress and overwhelming workloads on those of us still here.
