Very weak leadership from upper management. Lack of and/or very little direction and slow if any reply to questions and support requests . Expected to work effectively with low staff ratio. System experiences daily IT issues that will worsen with change over to new system and adequate training. HR dept over worked which contributes to staff issues when trying to fill positions . Pay rates are lower than others for clinical positions.

Zero communication from management as well as between staff. Managers are less than qualified and are extremely over burdened. Purchasing is a joke, it takes forever to receive common items that are stocked at local businesses. There is no petty cash or operationg capital of any kind to allow for purchasing supplies necessary for the day-to-day operation of a multi-million dollar corporation.
