      Pros

      Great co-workers. Subsidized parking was a bonus, but there is not really much to put for pros to be honest.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism at upper levels of management, poor communication at mid levels of management, inability to identify needs and address them properly, leadership through a culture of fear.

      Pros

      Seems to be a more stable environment versus a couple years ago. Pharmacy staff is trying to perform tasks and does not have a heavy work load typically.

      Cons

      Very weak leadership. Most of managers are way over their head. Pay is below average and most of the time employees are just hanging on in the hopes of getting their pension. Good luck!

      Decent place, decent pay, wasn't a terrible place to spend a few years. Kinda liked it, kinda didn't

      work life balance was pretty manageable, had some good benefits that helped to balance everything out
